Lease Term
» 5 years including Lock in period of 2 years.The lessee has sole option to terminate the agreement after initial lock-in-period of 2 years by giving the 3 months advance notice to the lessor.

Lease Rent Commencement Date
» The date of handover of property for occupation and use.

Advance Rent
»One month rent paid in advance.

Security
»An Interest free refondable security deposite equivalent to 6 month rent.The deposite shall be refunded at the end of lease term & upon surrendering possession of the said premises.

Properity Taxes
»The present incidence of property tax/cess/charge in Noida is Nil.

Renewal
»The Lease deed shall be renewable on the same term and conditions after the initial 5 years.
